They are meticulously made to perfection, each one made
with love. It is my mission to create sensational
hand-crafted crystal wedding decorations that cannot be
found on a traditional wedding website. |

Some hand-crafted items are available only in limited
quantities and should be noted in the product
description. |

Hand-crafted items are made at the time an order is
placed. They are made specifically for you at the
time of purchase.
Hand-crafted items cannot be
returned. |

If a hand-crafted item becomes damaged or broken in
transit, DMW will be happy to repair the item, if repair
is possible, or replace it completely. Photos will
be required prior to returning the item for repair.
Notification of damage to DMW must be made within 24
hours of receipt. DMW will pay for all additional
shipping costs if repair is required. Damaged
items will be replaced, not refunded. |

are ordering a hand-crafted item to be used at a
specific date, be sure to allow plenty of time for item
to arrive. Rush orders are not possible for
hand-crafted items. |

I receive requests every day asking if I can make
something to their personal specifications, or just like
the photo they attach. Because there is too much
room for misinterpretation and disappointment over the
phone, internet and email, I only
offer designs that are already shown on my website. |

If you request a change to an existing handmade product
shown on the website, most often the change will affect
the price, and there is will be an additional $50 change
fee. You will need to be very specific with the request
because handmade items cannot be returned. Some size
requests may not be possible if the raw materials are
not available in the size you desire. |
