States Postal Service. They are sent PRIORITY
MAIL INTERNATIONAL. Shipments originate from
Minnesota USA. The United States Postal
Service estimates that orders shipped PRIORITY
MAIL INTERNATIONAL will be delivered within 6 to
10 business days after it has left the
warehouse. Please allow 2-3 days
for stock items to leave the DMW warehouse. See shipping schedule below for hand-crafted
items. |

SHPPING SCHEDULE |
The United States
Postal Service estimates that orders shipped
PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL will be delivered
within 6 to 10 business days. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery of all hand-crafted
items.
International shipments will require more
complicated shipping procedures, (i.e, customs
clearance, transit stations, etc.) so it
will take additional time for shipments to be
processed through each stage.
ORDER
EARLY -- allow plenty of time.
Delays
can happen so your understanding and patience on
this uncontrollable matter is much appreciated.
If your order contains both stock items and
hand-crafted items, your order will ship out
based on the hand-crafted schedule of 14-21
days. |

US national and religious holidays. |

Order Status & Backorders |

If the item you purchased has sold out,
or if the item is on back order, you will receive an email notifying
you of the status. You will have the opportunity at that time
to cancel your order, part of your order, or wait for the item to
become available. |

If An Item Is Lost |
|
If the item is lost,
it is the responsibility of the international buyer to contact their
local post office to inquire about lost shipments. I do not have contact information or knowledge of the postal service
for each individual country. DWM will provide all tracking
information to aid in the effort to locate lost/missing parcels. |

|
|
Tracking Information |
|
When your order is
processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email
notification from PAYPAL that contains a tracking number. SAVE the email so you can refer to
it if you wish to track your order shipment. |

costs on Jan 26, 2014. In an effort to keep your
costs as low as possible, I have not increased the
shipping rates, but have chosen to absorb the cost

Large Orders |
Additional shipping costs
will apply to very large orders. Shipping costs will be calculated
at the time of shipment, and a

right to adjust and/or increase shipping prices incurred
in shipping your order in the event that heavy,
over-sized packing and/or boxes must be used.
Large
orders will be shipped in multiple boxes.
You can expect to receive multiple boxes, not
necessarily all on the same day. Sometimes the boxes
get separated during transit. If you don't receive
all boxes in the same delivery, give it a couple days
for the remaining boxes to catch up. |

Very Heavy Orders |
|
Additional shipping costs
will apply to very heavy orders. PAYPAL will apply
the cost of an "average" weight at the time the order is
placed. Actual shipping costs will be calculated
at the time of shipment,
and a separate invoice will be emailed to you prior to
shipment if additional shipping costs are required.
We reserve the right to adjust and/or increase shipping
prices incurred in shipping your order in the event that
heavy, over-sized packing and/or boxes must be used. |

Customs & Duty Fees |
As noted above, international buyers
are responsible for all customs/duty fees, if applicable. Such
fees are not included in the item price, or the shipping costs.
I am not an expert or knowledgeable on customs/duty fees in any
country and cannot provide you with guidance on this subject.

BEFORE you place your order so there are no surprises.

Unclaimed - No Forwarding Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the
correct shipping address. There are no refunds for
unclaimed shipments or no forwarding address. If
the shipment is returned to DWM, it can be re-shipped to you at
a valid shipping address if you are willing to pay for shipping
costs a second time. |

Attempts To Deliver |
If attempts to deliver have been made, it is the
responsibility of the buyer to contact their local
postal service to obtain information, reschedule a
second delivery, or pick up at the local office. DMW
does not have access to any contact information outside
the USA. If the shipment is returned to DWM, it can be re-shipped to you at
a valid shipping address if you are willing to pay for shipping
costs a second time. There are no refunds for
shipments when attempts to deliver to the address
provided at the time the order was place have been made.
DMW has
no control over international deliveries after they have
been shipped. |

No Guarantees |
On occasion a shipment will take longer than the usual
time specified by USPS. Holidays and winter weather
can impact the delivery schedule. USPS
states that PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL shipments will arrive in
3-5 days. See

DMW
will do their part to get your order ready for pickup as
quickly as possible. After the
order has been picked up by the post office, delivery is
out of our control and DMW cannot be held responsible
for any delayed shipments.
There are no delivery guarantees,
or rush orders available for international orders.
The delivery schedule is only an estimate of time.
You can
expect that all shipments during the month of December
will take longer than the average. Also inclement
weather that is affecting large areas of the country can
also affect delivery times. Mother nature can
affect delivery times.
Decorate My Wedding is not
responsible for delays as a result of postal strikes, or
other reasons of non-service. |
