Unless otherwise
notified, stock orders
will leave the warehouse within 48 hours
(excluding weekends and holidays).
If your order contains both stock items
and hand-crafted items, you can expect to
receive multiple shipments - not necessarily on
the same day. The stock items will
leave the warehouse within 48 hours, and the hand-crafted
items will be shipped separately within 14-21 days.
Please allow 14-21 days for delivery of all hand-crafted
items.

If the item you purchased has sold out,
or if the item is on back order, you will receive an email notifying
you of the status. You will have the opportunity at that time
to cancel your order, part of your order, or wait for the item to
become available. |

Some items will be shipped directly to you from the
supplier. If you have ordered multiple items (a
combination of stock, drop ship, and hand-crafted), you
can expect to receive multiple shipments - not
necessarily on the same day.
Drop ship items are
not returnable.
Drop ship allows me to offer
you more products for your crystal themed wedding
without having to stock them in my already-crowded
warehouse! I do not sell any drop ship items that
I have not personally held in my hand and inspected.
They must meet my high quality standards of materials
and production in order to be included for sale on this
website. If not, they are rejected. You can be
assured that drop-ship items are of high quality and
compliment all other products offered on the site.
Be sure you double-check product information (such as
size, quantities, color, etc,) so you do not receive a
product that doesn't meet your requirements or
expectations. If an item is delivered damaged, it
will be replaced. |

When your order is
processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email
notification from PAYPAL that contains a tracking number.
SAVE the email so you can refer to
it if you wish to track your order shipment. |

Additional shipping costs
will apply to large quantity orders. Shipping costs will be calculated
at the time of shipment, and a
separate invoice will be emailed to you prior to shipment. |

In an effort to save a tree,
invoices and packing slips are not printed and included in the
shipment. An email will be sent to notify you if items are on
backorder, or need to be shipped separately, in which case the
shipment will be itemized. You can obtain an order summary at
your PAYPAL account. |

If the box or item is damaged,
(because the postal service may want to inspect the damage) it is
the responsibility of the buyer/receiver to initiate a damage claim.
Save all shipping materials DMW will provide all the necessary shipping information.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the
correct shipping address. There are no refunds for
unclaimed shipments or no forwarding address. If
the shipment is returned to DWM, it can be re-shipped to you at
a valid shipping address if you are willing to pay for shipping
costs a second time. |
