originate from Minnesota USA.
Priority Service The
United States Postal Service estimates that
orders shipped
Priority will be delivered
within 2 or 3 business days after it has left
the warehouse. Stock items will leave the
warehouse next day.

will take approximately 2-8 days depending on
the address. Orders will be shipped
Standard Post 1) if they are too heavy for
Priority, 2) if large orders exceed the paid
postage, 3) if another method is most economical method for large or very

Priority Mail EXPRESS is
the fastest domestic service for orders up to 70 pounds. Contact me if you require a RUSH ORDER. A standard
$25 rush fee
+ additional
shipping charges

No Guarantees |
There are no delivery guarantees.
The delivery schedule is only an estimate of time.
Once DMW hands your order over to the PO, DMW has not
control over the timing of the shipment. |

Shipping Schedule |
Stock items will leave
the warehouse next day
(excluding weekends and holidays),
and all
hand-crafted items will be shipped within 14-21
days.
If your
order contains both stock items and hand-crafted
items, you can expect to receive multiple
shipments - not necessarily on
the same day.
You can expect that all shipments
during the month of December will take longer
than average. Also inclement weather that is
affecting large areas of the country can also
affect delivery times. Mother nature can
certainly screw up a fine-tuned process!
Additionally, if there is extreme weather or natural
disasters, we ask, and thank you in advance, for
your patience and understanding. |

Signature Receipt |
You must inform DMW if you require a Signature
Receipt upon delivery. If not informed, DWM will
not specify that a signature is required.
You can send us an email, or
make a notation in the MESSAGE TO MERCHANT in the
shopping cart. Without a signature receipt, DMW is not
responsible for missing or stolen deliveries if
left on a porch or doorstep. |

Shipping to a Non-Residential Address |
You need to notify DMW
if you are shipping your order to a non-residential
(commercial) building so we can specify
that a signature receipt is required. DMW cannot be held
responsible for missing items shipped to a
non-residential address if not notified.
You can send us an email, or
make a notation in the MESSAGE TO MERCHANT in the
shopping cart. We
cannot ship to a PO Box number. |

Holiday Schedule |
Offices and shipping warehouses are closed on national and religious holidays.
Holidays will slow down the normal shipping
schedule. |

Order Status & Backorders |
If the item you purchased has sold out,
or if the item is on back order, you will receive an email notifying
you of the status. You will have the opportunity at that time
to cancel your order, part of your order, or wait for the item to
become available. |

Track Your Order |
When your order is
processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email
notification from PAYPAL that contains a tracking number.
SAVE the email so you can refer to
it if you wish to track your order shipment. |

Large Orders |
Additional shipping costs may apply to
oversized orders, regardless of the total cost of the
order. Actual
shipping costs will be calculated
at the time of shipment, and a
separate invoice will be emailed to you prior to shipment. We
reserve the right to apply shipping costs when
heavy, over-sized, or multiple boxes must be used to
ship your entire order. |

Multiple Shipments |
If you
placed a very large order, you can expect to receive
multiple boxes, not necessarily all on the same day.
Sometimes the boxes get separated during transit.
If you don't receive all boxes in the same delivery,
give it a couple days for the remaining boxes to catch
up.

To protect from shifting and damage during transit, each
tier will be packed and shipped to you in it's own box. |

Shipping Rates |
A flat shipping rate will be applied to your order based
on the chart below. Additional shipping costs may
be applied to oversized, or extremely heavy orders. See

Delayed Shipments |
On occasion a shipment will take longer than the usual
time specified by USPS. Holidays and winter
weather can impact the delivery schedule. USPS
states that PRIORITY shipments will arrive in 1-2-3
days. See

If we had a conversation about an urgent need, DMW
will do their part to get your order ready for pickup by
the date promised in the conversation. Once the
order has been picked up by the post office, delivery is
out of our control and DMW cannot be held responsible
for any delayed shipments. DMW does give you
the option to return stock item(s) if you so choose.

You can

responsible for delays as a result of postal strikes, or
other reasons of non-service.

If An Item Is Damaged |
If the box or item is damaged,
(because the postal service may want to inspect the damage) it is
the responsibility of the buyer/receiver to initiate a damage claim.
Save all shipping materials DMW will provide all the necessary shipping information.

Unclaimed - No Forwarding Address |
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the
correct shipping address. There are no refunds for
(1) unclaimed shipments, (2) shipments with no forwarding addresses,
or (3) shipments classified "undeliverable" by the Post
Office. If
the shipment is returned to DWM, it can be re-shipped to you at
a valid shipping address if you are willing to pay for shipping
costs a second time. |

Attempts To Deliver |
If attempts to deliver have
been made, it is the responsibility of the buyer to
contact their local postal service to obtain
information, reschedule a second delivery, or pick up at
the local office. If the shipment is returned to DWM, it can be re-shipped to you at
a valid shipping address if you are willing to pay for shipping
costs a second time.
There are no refunds for
shipments when attempts to delivery to the address
provided have been made. |
