Yes, we want our customers happy so stock items can be returned (unless
otherwise specified in the product
description) within
7 days of delivery. See a category list of
non-returnable items below. All returned
items must be in their original
box/packaging, and in a condition that
is conducive to resale in order to
receive a full refund. See below for more
information on non-returnable items.
A 30% re-stocking fee will be applied
only to
returns where the
buyer has refused to accept the
delivery (when the buyer
tells the postman to return to sender).
If you have contacted DMW for permission
to return an item, restocking fees WILL
NOT be applied. |

Once payment has been processed for a
hand-crafted item, your design request
will be put into our production
schedule. Materials will be
ordered specifically for your order and
work will begin. Orders cannot be
cancelled after 48 hours (date on PAYPAL
order). |

hand-crafted sales are final.
All hand-crafted items are custom made
for you. When you place your order
you acknowledge and accept that the
order cannot be returned or cancelled. |

It is the responsibility of the buyer to
provide the correct shipping address. There
are no refunds for unclaimed shipments
or no forwarding address. If
the shipment is returned to DWM, it can
be re-shipped to you at a valid shipping
address if you are willing to pay for
shipping costs a second time. |

Shipping costs are not refundable.
Shipping costs to return an item are the
responsibility of the buyer. |

International orders ARE NOT
returnable. |

If returned items are received damaged,
or not in the original containers, a
refund will not be returned. It is
recommended that you purchase insurance
to cover any damage that might occur in
transit. See more details below.
If returned items are received are not
in re-usable/re-sellable condition, or
appear as if they have been used, a
refund will not be processed, and the
items will not be returned to the
sender.

It is recommended that insurance be
purchased when making a return ---- so
if an item is lost or damaged, you will
be able to obtain financial
re-imbursement via insurance. |

In the event the item being returned is
lost or damaged, it is the
responsibility of the buyer to process
any insurance claims. Refunds are not
issued by DMW if item is lost or
returned in damaged condition. |
